Obsidian Flames is a Charizard-themed Pokemon TCG set from the Scarlet and Violet era.
For the third main expansion featuring the Paldea region, Obsidian Flames became widely known for its new copies of the fan-favorite Charizard.
Apart from Charizard, other cards in the set include Pokemon ex cards in their Tera forms, giving them a new typing that can affect the entire game.
Another subtle thing present in the Obsidian Flames is the return of Pokemon cards reminiscent of those from the classic sets like the Dark-type Charizard, Cleffa, and Electric-type Tyranitar.
