10. Ultra Rare Latias and Latios GX (Team Up)

The first entry on our list is currently priced at least $1,000. This TAG TEAM card from the Team Up set features the Eon duo, Latias and Latios looking at each other as they form a heart-shaped space between them.
While it’s not as cuddly and squishy as the other Pokemon in this article, this card definitely shows the affection between the two Legendary siblings.
9. Rare Holo Shaymin (Ultra Prism)

Shaymin is indeed a cute Pokemon on its own, but look at this Pokemon card with an artwork by Mizue. One comment from its PkmonCards page described the featured Shaymin as “AGGRESSIVELY cute.”
This Shaymin exposes its tummy, which kind of reminds us of the way our dog or cat behaves if they’re begging for attention.
8. Trainer Gallery Holo Rare Mew (Crown Zenith)

Looks like the Pokemon that possesses the genetic codes of all Pokemon is now tired of flying around as a bunch of cute Pokemon finds it sleeping in a lush forest.
This card from Crown Zenith has one of the set’s most aesthetically pleasing artwork, courtesy of Ryota Murayama.
7. Common Gible (Legendary Treasures)

Overshadowed by the popularity of his final form, Gible definitely deserves some love, so we decided to add it with this card from Legendary Treasures.
Apart from being cute, this card hilariously featured the Land Shark Pokemon by showing a group of Gible that somehow represents those characters in the hit Disney film, Inside Out.
6. Trainer Gallery Holo Rare Pikachu (Lost Origin)

This list won’t be complete without adding a Pikachu card or two. To be fair, all Pikachu cards can be considered cute, but two cards caught our eyes, with one of them being this Lost Origin Pikachu card.
In this card, Pikachu is getting some shut eye with its Trainer, Akari, one of the main characters in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.
5. Promo Charmander (Scarlet & Violet Promos)

This Pokemon faces the same dilemma as Gible, but it’s definitely cuter with this artwork where we can see Charmander trying to scare a Pidgey.
Pidgey appears to shrug off Charmander’s intimidation, but perhaps it will be a different story when the two Pokemon reach their final evolution forms.
4. Illustration Rare Spheal (Surging Sparks)

Nope, those aren’t beach balls. Just a group of Spheal having the best time of their lives.
Other than rolling around, a Spheal might also spend some time sleeping, unless it’s one of the Spheal on this card, where it loves diving into the icy sea.
3. Uncommon Cleffa (Unbroken Bonds)

Cleffa might be trying to be as annoying as possible here, but all it did was win our hearts with its cuddly and puffy facial expression.
This Cleffa card can be a bit hard to find nowadays, as it’s one of the Fairy-type cards that are no longer printed for the newer sets.
2. Pikachu Libre (XY Trainer Kit)

You don’t want to mess with this charming Pikachu, as it can give you the most electrifying suplex, leaving you shocked and stunned!
Kidding aside, we added the Pikachu Libre not just because of its innate cuteness, but also because it’s one of the unique Pikachu cards out there!
1. Ultra Rare Mega Lopunny & Jigglypuff-GX (Cosmic Eclipse)

Just a single glance at this card makes you feel how Mega Lopunny adores its friend Jigglypuff.
Of course, we don’t have any idea about the story between these two Pokemon, but it’s so wholesome that it made our list as the cutest Pokemon card up to date.
Final Thoughts
Cuteness is a subjective trait, so there’s a chance that you might not agree with some of the entries on our list. That’s fine, though, and actually, it would be best if you can enumerate some Pokemon cards that you think we should feature instead.
Given the numerous Pokemon TCG sets released since 1996, it’s no surprise that some of you might remember other cute Pokemon cards we missed.
Also, let us know in the comments section below what do you think of the Pokemon cards we shared above.
